Icelandic Horse Frigg frá Fruehøj
Ooooh.. My horse. I love her, more than anything in the whole wide world.
We have been through both good and bad times and we are actually very alike. We are both afraid to be alone, and we both have trust issues. We have a hard time letting people know who we REALLY are. We are both a little nervous around other horses and humans but together we know each other that well that we aren't scared of each other anymore.
3 years ago I got a natural horsemanship book. Since that I started getting interested in trick training and groundwork and now I get lessons in classical dressage too..
Frigg and I move everyday and develop together. She truly is my partner in crime. Although I don't know how much crime we do.

Icelandic Horse Ofeig from Skovslund
I sold Sólvadis to buy Ofeig when I started to be more interested in competitions. She was very different to what I was used to, so it was very callenging. Most of what I know today is something that Ofeig taught me. We have been through a lot together and shared the most wonderful moments.
I had to sell her because of some personal problems. School related. But my mom owns her now and I can come and ride her all I want when I have the time for it.

Icelandic Horse Sólvadis from Keilir
I got her when she was just a young foal and trained her by my self. I was very young and unexperienced, so I made i lot of mistakes. But I also learned from it.
We had ups and downs but I will always charise the time we had together. She was my best friend for many years. Sadly we grew apart and i had to sell her, to get another horse who was better for the competitions.
I still have contact with the new owner, and she is heathy and happy where she is now.

Icelandic Horse Múni from Dysballegård
Múni from Dysballegård
He is a male on 14 years old his birthday is the 10 May.
I bay Múni the 4 September 2009 so I have had him in 3 years.
In October 2009 I begin to train Classic dressage. I reached to train this in 1 month because Múni was begun to limp. We get the vet out and him say we have to get him 2 weeks free. But after 2 weeks limped he still. He had gets a hoof abscess he stay with the in 1 month. When Múni was fit for fight, come there snow. So this year was there not much training.
In the spring 2010 I begun to train classic dressage again, and it go really good. I now Múni better. In this time I rode a lot dressage and go out in the forest.
In the summer 2010 I moved Múni out to my grandparents. My friend Freja, hers horses get also out there.
I began to train groundwork with him. I were also first time we were on a horse camp, with Rebecca Plon. We get better to the dressage and my knowledge about groundwork get bigger.
I train a lot of gait, because in the New Year would I out to start competitions.
The 28 April I moved Múni home to my grandparents and so I get Zorro. I moved Múni because it was easier to get out to my grandparents (5 min. on my bike).
In springs 2011 I started my first competitions. I was really funny and I learn a lot. We get better and better, so in the summer 2011 we start another competition.
In the fall get Múni a tendon damage, it was not so big so then was soon over. Múni get fresh to come with on the horse camp, I train some groundwork and dressage. When we ride in the forest I rode on another horse.
In the springs 2012 Múni get a pulled muscle, so this he stay in a month. So we start again to train and he gets better and better. His tölt get better and better so good it is a pure tölt.
In the summer 2012 I was on a clinic with Ute Lehmann. She is a really good trainer. We began to train freedom dressage, it was funny. And it is something I will train more of.
Right now we train a lot of training from the ground, were we train a lot of different things.

Icelandic Horse Hilling from Nordhus
Hilling is a very special little horse, and she's perfect for me. She's beautiful, has her own personality, and she inspires and callenges me. She's still quite young, but in time I hope to participate in lots of competitions with her. My plan is to train and ride her without bit, because I think that is best for her.
Her color is rare with icelandic horses because she has both the creme gene and the dun gene on a bay background. I believe you in english call it dunskin. In Icelandic it's "ulsblakk"
More text will come later :)
Please excuse my bad grammar. I'm Danish ;)

Icelandic Horse Þorri from Oren
Porri is my mums horse, but I also ride him.
He is a lovely, large Icelandic boy, with a sweet and easy temperament, stable gaits, and is very good with new riders. He will do almost anything for food. :)
Porri stays with you, even when the rest of the group gallops off at full speed.
I do not have many pics of him, since my camera broke, but I just got a new one and promise to take more soon. :)
