Camargue Cyrene Camargue Cyrene
This is me and Cyrene's story; Cyrene and i were born in the north of france, normandie, we both lived in a tiny village and ans use to spend my wednesdays, since i was 3, at a riding school. I have always loved horses and like any horse fanatic little girl, my dream was to once get my very own horse. When i was 10 my mum had the AMAZING idea to ask the village farmer if i could start taking care of one of his horses. He said yes as no one ever did anything but throw some hay over the fence for them. The first time i saw her she just galloped up to me and my mum, it was magical, the field was covered in butter cups. Not so magical now i know butter cups rae bad for horse! So i started taking care of her, with an older girl from the riding school we broke her in and for about a year i had no saddle and no bridle. she was a fast learnner as i soon discovered she was of the sweetest nature. I took care of her for 2 years and started considering buying her. It would enable me to take her to a riding school, get her out of the field ( there were NO facilities what so ever at the farm). On the 31st of december 2009 i handed in the money to the farmer that i had saved up. We moved her to a massive riding school for owners for the summer, the people were so welcoming and i had access to massive sand schools indoors and outdoors. My instructor was there all the time and whenever i was riding he would come and give me a lesson without asking. DREAMMY. at the end of the summer we left for England, my dad's idea, we would stay for 2 years. The deal was "i go if cyrene goes" so cyrene came. We shiped her over from calai and the tripped turned out to be pretty traumatising for a pauny that had never been ferther then 5km from her field. there were delays and complications so the trip took 3 days, that explains why she hates horses boxes. Once arrived she settled in well and fell in love with amazing apaloosa pepper. It has now been 3 years since we are in England an i LOVE it. We are leaving for good at this summer 2013. Ma and Cyrene have a really strong relashionship and England has brought so much to both of us. I love her.
