She was very small when I got her, at age 3 she was official meassured to 135 cm with shoes. The year after she was measured to 136 without shoes.
-Please note that an Icelandic horse is NOT a pony no matter it's size-
Actually she used to be very shy, reserved and easily frightent. But after i started working with her, she has changed alot! She has more confidence and it shows. She dosent get scared of ANYTHING anymore, she is very well behaved and does excactly what i ask of her. She come running everytime she sees me.
She's a five gaiter.
Her trot is currently her best, but she's young and it still might change. When she was little, her tölt was the best, but if you look at her familytree, the pace could be her strongest.
I Have only just started riding her, so her gaits are not trained that much. She prefers to tölt with rider and has difficulty finding trot still. The canter on the other hand is pretty good for a five gaiter.
She has done her first showing in hand for breeding assesment in may 2013. She got a total score of 7,3 out of 10. which is okey, but not great. The year after she got 7,48 wich I think was too Little.
We have also started at a horsemanship event where we compeeted in agility and Ute Lehmans Foundation class.
