Year of birth:
2012
Height:
To make 15.2-16hh
Temper:
Very sweet natured. She's quite ticklish when grooming so tends to cow kick and nip at you. This behaviour is getting much better with regular attention. She nickers every time she sees me and likes to play with my hair. Have to be careful though as she sometimes gets a mouthful and won't let go!!!

Pedigree:
Mikker (Knabstrupper) x Zips Are Us (Knabstrupper x QH)
Gender:
Yearling filly
Description:
Pixie is getting on very well. Currently standing at 14.1hh she seems to be very red roan with spots in the summer lol. She is very amenable and willing. She follows me around like a dog and will happily walk past 'terrors' with no guidance, literally just following me. We're developing a terrific bond and next spring I'm going to gently start long reining her. I think Pix is going to be quite a slow developer as at 17 months she still looks very foal like. Adore my little Pixie Lixie :D

Thanks Aria. Compared to my dads Sec D colt who's a month older, she is very immature. Still very 'foaly' but she is filling out. I normally break at 3-3 1/2 but I can see me not breaking her till at least 4 1/2 yrs. I love her to bits, I'd bring her in the house if my hubby let me. He won't allow this for some reason, lol. Your lad is fab, hope she turns out similar xx

Pixie is a beautiful filly Lauren - I love her head. It will be interesting to see how she develops. When I got Snowy he was 4 years old and 15.2 and very immature.
I actually didn't ride him for a year because he just needed time to grow.

Thank you! She's beautiful and very friendly for such a young filly. I've persuaded my hubby to take me to collect her this Saturday coming as I can't wait til June 1st lol
